1. Bayer called the meeting to order at 11:00 am
2. Agenda: (Dwivedi/Hauffe) Motion to adopt the agenda. All present voted yes; motion
carried.
3. Dr. Martin Luther King Day Contest: (Novotny/Dwivedi) Motion to approve the following
award winners for the 2012 Dr. Martin Luther King Day Contest: Grades K-1 Poster:
1st Place - Hope Zink ($25.00), 1st Grade Hillcrest Elementary; 2nd Place - Ivy Gunn ($10.00),
1st Grade Medary Elementary, Honorable Mention - Alivia Smart, 1st Grade Medary
Elementary, Honorable Mention - Matthew Simmons, 1st Grade Medary Elementary;
Grades 2-3 Poster: 1st Place - Trinity Kindt ($25.00), 3rd Grade Hillcrest Elementary, 2nd
Place - Jocelyn Zerr ($10.00), 2nd Grade Hillcrest Elementary, Honorable Mention - Nathan
