Present: George Hamer, Patty Bacon, Dwivedi Chandradhar, Ann Marie Bahr, Penny Hauffe,
and Lawrence Novotny
Not Present: Steve Bayer, Christine Fabian, Angela Hatton, Diane Nagy, and Ashley Kuecker
1. Call to order: 10:19
2. Adoption of the Agenda: was so moved by Dwivedi Chandradhar and seconded by Ann
Marie Bahr
3. Motion to Enter Executive Session (Complaint No. 2010-05-01): was so moved by
Dwivedi Chandradhar and seconded by Penny Hauffe
4. Motion to Adjourn: by Chandradhar seconded by Penny at 1:00
