Call to Order: 12:00 p.m. 2. Adoption of the Agenda was so moved by Hauffe, seconded by Chandradhar and approved by voice vote. 3. Election of Officers. A motion was made by Novotny, seconded by Hauffe, to nominate the current officers for 2010: Bayer as chair, Hamer as vice chair and Vargas as recording secretary. All present voted yes; motion carried. 4. Dr. MLK Contest Judging. A motion was made by Chandradhar, seconded by Hauffe, to approve the following awards. All present voted yes; motion carried.
