Board of Trustees Retreat
August 14, 2009
Present: President Keith Corbett, Vice President Roberta Olson, Secretary Jim Booher,
Dianna Evers, Rob Jones, Al Baker, Dan Little, Sandra Faltemier, Debra Johnston
Guests: Roger Oberg, CEO, Kevin Coffey, CFO, Tammy Hillestad, CNO, Don McCoy,
Administrative Services Division Director; Linda Minor, Professional Services Division
Director; Ron Waltz, Moderator and Deb Davis, Administrative Assistant
A one-day strategic planning retreat was held at the Swiftel Center on August 14, 2009.
The first half of the meeting involved the Board members being brought up to speed by
senior management as to the activities that have/are occurring at Brookings Health
System. The second half of the meeting involved future outlook (a detailed list is
attached of the topics).
Meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
