A motion made by Johnston seconded by Evers to move into executive session at 4:00 p.m.
A motion to move out of executive session at 4:50 p.m. made by Olson with a second by
Jones.
A motion by Olson to offer Roger Oberg the CEO position. Details would be worked out
with the finance committee. Little seconded the motion. A friendly amendment was
included presuming there are no concerns uncovered by members at the evening meal.
Motion was unanimous.
