President Corbett called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
At 8:03 a.m. Little motioned that the board go into executive session citing SDCL 1-25-
2.1. Olson seconded the motion. At 8:52 a.m., the board came out of executive session.
A motion by Faltemier, seconded by Evers to appoint Kevin Coffey as interim CEO.
Another motion was made by Olson, seconded by Faltemier to hire an outside search
firm.
Meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
