Ordinance 17-010 An Ordinance pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use for Outdoor Storage in the Business B-3 Heavy District. Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use shall be approved for Outdoor Storage on Lot 3, Le Fevre Addition, also known as 3100 6t" Street, with the following conditions: 1. An eight (8) foot high chain link fence with slats shall be constructed around the outdoor storage area. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
