HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 17-001 Ordinance 17-001 An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a Commercial Dog Kennel in the Agricultural A District Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use shall be approved for a Commercial Dog Kennel on Colburn Tract of the Colburn-Hind Subdivision and Lot 2, Stewart's Addition, also known as 230 US Highway 14 Bypass, with the following conditions: 1. Not to exceed 20 dogs 2. Comply with the City signage regulations 3. Comply with City health and sanitation regulations All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
