Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 2 for
2016-09STI LeFevre Drive Storm Sewer Project, Timmons Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2016-
09ST1, LeFevre Drive Storm Sewer Project:
Construction Change Order Number 2: Adjust plan quantities for removal of
extra thickness concrete pavement for an increase of$1,029.56 to the contract.
Passed and approved this 10t" day of January, 2017.
