Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following Change Order be allowed for 2016-
04STI, 3rd Street & 22"d Avenue Traffic Signal Project:
Constru�tion Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-
constructed quantities for a total decrease of$19,529.13 and extend the contract
completion date by 77 cafendar days to October 28, 2016 to ciose out the
project.
Passed and approved this 10th day of January, 2017.
