An Ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use
for Outdoor Sales in the Industrial I-1 District.
Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for Outdoor Sales on N '/z OL4 of SW '/4 NW '/4 in
Section 23-T110N-R50W and S 'h OL4 Exc. W330' SW '/4 NW '/4 in Section 23-T110N-
R50W with the following conditions:
No mobile home or manufactured home would be on the lot for more than 90 days.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: August 23, 2016
Second Reading: September 13, 2016
Published: September 16, 2016
