Brookings City Councii
September 15, 2015
The Brookings City Council held a Study Session on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at
5:00 p.m., at City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Tim Reed, Council
Members Keith Corbett, Dan Hansen, Ope Niemeyer, Patty Bacon, Scott Meyer, and
Jael Thorpe. City Attorney Steve Britzman, City Manager Jeffrey Weldon, and City
Clerk Shari Thornes were also present.
Discussion topics included a Community and Campus discussion, Visioning Charrette
— City's Involvement, an update on Incentive Based Parking for On-Premise Parking,
and City Council ex-officio reports. Council Member Meyer noted that the City Attorney
and City Clerk are working on an ordinance pertaining to Transportation Network
Services.
Adiourn. A motion was made by Council Member Hansen, seconded by Council
Member Corbett, to adjourn the meeting at 8:07 p.m. The motion carried by a
unanimous vote.
