Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, Final, for
2015-08STI Street Maintenance and Overlay Project; Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2015-
08ST1, Street Maintenance and Overlay Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-
constructed quantities and for additional work to construct an airport taxilane for
a total decrease of$78,951.29 and extend the contract substantial completion
date by 1.25 working days to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 15t" day of December, 2015.
