Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 (Final) for 2015-03SS1, Division
Avenue Drainage Improvement Project; Timmons Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2015-
03SS1, Division Avenue Drainage Improvement Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final):
Adjust plan quantities to as-constructed quantities and for additional work to
install seeding, fiber mulching, erosion control blanket and a concrete headwall
for the 18" CMP for a total decrease of$4,890.26 to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 8th day of December, 2015.
