Concrete Maintenance Project, Thorstad Companies
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2015-
01 SWR, Concrete Maintenance Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final):
Adjust plan quantities to as-constructed quantities for a total increase of
$1,555.36 and increase contract completion date by 6 working days to close out
the project.
Passed and approved this 24th day of November, 2015.
