An Ordinance Amending an Initial Development Plan
for a Planned Development District within the City of Brookings
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota: -
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings,
State of South Dakota, described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 4, Folsom Addition
be and the same is hereby amended by approving a residential density increase of
more than 20% and reducing and relocating access drives as shown on the revised
Initial Development Plan.
Section 2. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: July 14, 2015
Second Reading: July 28, 2015
Published: July 31, 2015
