Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 (Final)
for 2014-03SS1 Division Avenue Drainage Improvement Project,
Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2014-
03SS1, Division Avenue Drainage Improvement Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-constructed
quantities and extend the final completion date by 7.5 working days, resulting in the
contract being charged 1.5 working days at $500 per working day for a total decrease of
$29,419.65 to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 14th day of July, 2015.
