ORDINANCE NO. 29-97
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO ADDITIONAL YARD REGULATIONS FOR
RESIDENTIAL LOTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, that Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter 50, the 1994 Revised
Zoning Ordinance shall be amended, as follows, to-wit:
I.
50.70.366
Adjustment to lot width requirements.
Lots which have 100% of their frontage width located on an eyebrow or the bulb portion of a cul-
de-sac shall meet the minimum lot width requirement at the front yard setback line. Said line
shall be parallel to the front lot line. The minimum lot width at the right-of-way line shall not be
less than fifty feet (50") in the RB-4, RMH, R-3A, R-3, R-2 and R-1B districts; and sixty feet
(60') in the R-lA district.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
