ORDINANCE NO. 28-97
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR AN OFFICE 1N THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, that said Conditional Use shall be approved for an office use on the E62.5'
of Lots 1-4, Block 5, Peterson's Second Addition, also known as 611 6t" Street. With the
following conditions:
1. A matching privacy fence shall be installed beginning at the southwest corner of the
building and going north along the west lot line and east along the north lot line to the
alley.
2. Lighting shall be installed as proposed on the site plan.
3. All overgrown vegetation, vines and trees are to be removed.
4. Hardsurfacing of the parking lot is required.
5. A minimum of 17 parking spaces shall be required.
6. The site plan, as presented, shall be adhered to.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
