ORDINANCE NO. 27-97
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A BOARDING HOUSE IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, that said Conditional Use shall be approved for a Boarding House for four
(4) persons in the Wl 15' OF Lot 1, and the W115' of the S1/2 of Lot 2, Block 2, Peterson's First
Addition, also known as 702 Main Avenue with the following condition:
Provide an opaque privacy fence along the east property line thirty inches (30") high in
the front yard setback and six feet (6') high to the north end of the parking area.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
