ORDINANCE N0.24-97
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO OFF STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT ARTICLE VII, CHAPTER 50, THE 1994 REVISED ZONING
ORDINANCE SHALL BE AMENDED, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

Off-Street Parking Requirements
B. All other zoning districts
13. Community Center, or similar public or semi-public building: Ten (10) spaces plus one
(1) additional space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area in
excess of two thousand(2000) square feet.
a. Library: One (1) space far every four(4) seats
b: Museum, art gallery, Ten(10) spaces plus one(1) additional space for each four
hundred (400) square feet of gross floor area in excess of two thousand(2,000)
square feet
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
