ORDINANCE NO. 2-97
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUNDING THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in theCounty af Brookings, State of South Dakota,
described as follows, to wit:
the W1060' of the E1390' of the N530" of the NWl/4 of Section 11-T1 lON-RSOW
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class A-Agricultural District to a class
Residence R-lA District.
In accordance with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning
Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are
more fully set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby
altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-
Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
