ORDINANCE NO. 15-98
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION(SMALL PLUMBING PARTS STORAGE) IN
THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, that said conditional use shall be approved for a major home occupation in
Lot 12 and the W1/2 of Lot 13, Block 9, Skinners Second Addition, also known as 1019 3ra
Street with the following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit shall be granted for 24 months.
2. The Conditional Use Permit shall only be granted to Tom Steffensen.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
