ORDINANCE NO. 14-98
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A GROUP HOME IN THE RESIDENCE R-1B DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, that said conditional use shall be approved for a group home in Lot 46,
Sioux Village, Indian Hills Addition, also known as 221 Mustang Pass with the following
conditions:
l. The home shall be maintained according to the State Deparhnent of Health
regulations.
2. A privacy fence shall be erected along the west and north property lines.
3. The Conditional Use Permit shall only be granted to ADVANCE.
4. The maximum number of residents shall be six (6)with one (1) additional resident
allowed in emergency situations with a sixty(60) day time limit.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
