AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR LIGHT MANUFACTURING IN A BUSINESS B-3 DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota,that
said Conditional Use shall be approved on the S1/2 of Lot 3, all of Lot 4, in the NE1/4,NW1/4
of Section 35-T110N-RSOW with the following conditions:
1. The conditional use is for Vision Developers only as long as they own the property.
2. That the tenants requiring the conditional use can not be replaced with another tenant
requiring this conditional use once five (5)years have passed from the effective date of
this ordinance
3. Resolution 97-95 pertaining to this property is rescinded.
