AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE
FOR A MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION (ELECTRONIC REPAIR)IN THE RESIDENCE R-2
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE APPROVED FOR A
MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION (ELECTRONIC REPAIR) ON LOT 1, BLOCK 5, RANDI
PETERSON'S ADDITION ALSO KNOWN AS 702 11�AVENUE.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

UPON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Harvey Donley has submitted an
� . application for a Conditional Use on the following described real estate:
� Lot 1, Block 5, Randi Peterson's Addition, also known as 702 11th
Avenue. �
The request is to establish a major home occupation (electronic repair)
in a Residence R-2 District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the
City Planning Commission at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 1999, in the
Commission Chambers in the Iower level of City Hall, Brookings, South
Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a
recommendation to the City Commission.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
