An Ordinance pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use
for a Group Home in the Residence R-1 B District.
Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a Group Home on Lot B, Block 1, Hunter's Ridge
Addition with the following conditions:
1. The privacy fence on the south side of the lot shall be relocated to the south
lot line.
2. The trash enclosure shall be relocated to the north side of the attached
garage or confined within the garage.
3. The conditional use is granted to the current owner only. A change of ownership
would require submittal of a new conditional use application for approval by the
Planning Commission and City Council.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Second Reading: June 9, 2015
