Resolution authorizing the City Manager of the City of Brookings, South Dakota
to sign the Cooperative Fire Agreement with the State of South Dakota.
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Brookings, South Dakota (the "City"), as
follows:
The City Manager of the City of Brookings is hereby authorized to sign the
Cooperative Fire Agreement between the State of South Dakota, by and through
the South Dakota Department of Agriculture, Division of Wildland Fire
Suppression, and the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and
This Resolution shall constitute Proof of Authority of the City Manager of the City
Brookings to sign the above-described Agreement on behalf of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
