Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2,
2014; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received one bid for a 5-Year Contract for Lease of
40 Golf Carts for Brookings Parks, Recreation and Forestry Dept. (EdgeBrook Golf
Course)
Companv Bid on 40 Carts Tournament Fleet
Hidden Valley Golf Carts $27,894.64 each year $40 per day/per cart
Brandon, SD Total: $139,473.20 (5 years)
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved that the bid from Hidden Valley Golf Carts of
Brandon, SD in the amount of $139,473.20 and $40 per day/per cart be
accepted.
The 2015-19 EdgeBrook CIP Budget for this expenditure is $132,000 for five years
($26,000-26,500 each year).
Passed and approved this 9t" day of December, 2014.
