A Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 4 for Brookings Runway Re-
Alignment Project(Phase 2), AIP #3-46-0005-026-2013; Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for
Brookings Runway Re-Alignment Project (Phase 2), AIP #3-46-0005-026-2013,
Construction Change Order Number 4, Bowes Construction, Inc.:
Adjust the contract from bid item quantities to as-constructed quantities and for
additional work for temporary taxiway marking, construction safety plan modification,
removal and disposal of 48" RCP storm sewer, Furnish a 2' x 3' Type B Inlet, 18" RCP
RCP storm sewer and flared end for a total decrease of$2,467.06 to the project.
Extend contract time by 210 calendar days to June 12, 2015.
Passed and approved this 9th day of December, 2014.
