Resolution Authorizing Change Order No, 1 (Final) for
2014-08STI Street Maintenance and Overlay Project; Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2014-
08STI, Street Maintenance and Overlay Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-constructed
quantities and additional work for traffic signal conduit re-route, sawed in detector loops,
and 220 feet of 8" PVC for the airport taxilane for a total decrease of$23,952.39 to the
contract to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 9th day of December, 2014.
