Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Purchase and Installation of a New Gas Pool Heater
for the Brookings Parks, Recreation and Forestry Dept.
Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014
and the City did not receive any bids; and subsequently
Whereas,the City of Brookings has sought and received the following quote for the Purchase
and Installation of a New Gas Pool Heater following the bid specifications:

Kenner Plumbing Co. $24,950
Brookings, SD
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the quote from Kenner Plumbing Co. of Brookings,SD in the
amount of$24,950 be accepted.
The capital budget for this expenditure is$32,000
Passed and approved this 14th day of October, 2014.
