Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2014-06STI,
Chip Seal Project,Topkote, Inc.:
Adjust the contract to as-built quantities for a total increase of$4,973.86 to close out
the project.
This resolution will revise Resolution No. 70-14 which was adopted on August 26, 2014.
Passed and approved this 9t" day of September, 2014.
