Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following be allowed for Phase V Construction with
Clark Drew Construction, Inc:
Construction Closeout on Phase V Construction at Dakota Nature Park.
There are no further adjusted bid quantities for this phase of the p,roject.
Passed and approved this 26th day of August, 2014.
