A Resolution luthorizing Change Order No. 3 (CCO#3)for

Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following Change Order be allowed for Brookings
Runway Re-Alignment Project (Phase 2),AIP#3-46-0005-026-2013, Construction Change Order
Number 3, Bowes Construction, Inc.:
Adjust the contract for excavation and backfill for the Instrument Landing System shelters,
MALSR Lights and Localizer Antenna, 1080 Ft of 24" RCP storm sewer and one flared end,4
storm sewer junction boxes, rip rap, PCC Non-aircraft pavement for jet blast protection at the
ends of Runway 12/30, and sub base course for Taxiways B, B1, and B2 for a total increase of
$286,116.05 to the project.
Passed and approved this 12th day of August, 2014.
